We checked in before sunset, not sure bcs we checked in quite late or not but we got a cabin with no view which is very disappointing for us as we booked here for the view from the cabin. There are also issues with opening the cabin using the QR so we asked for the staff to help using their app, 20 mins later they came with manual key, by that time the sun already set so we couldn’t check out the view from other side. Throughout our stay here the wifi not working, when we would like to have some bbq outside due to power outage we had to cook in the dark using our phone for some light.

Stay here is such a new experience for us, having the true fresh air. Kids so happy. For sure, we will come back with bigger family members:)

Pengalaman sangat buruk saat sarapan. Kami order sarapan dari 7.30 hingga 8.13 belum diantar ke ruang makan. Para staf Bobocabin (BC) malah mendahulukan tamu yang pesan kamar tidak termasuk breakfast. Padahal menu sarapannya hanya bubur ayam yang sangat tidak worth it dengan harga kamar per malam 3 jt. Saya komplain hal ini awalnya mereka tidak peduli tampak ketidakprofesionalan staf BC. 1 jam kemudian datang pak Andi yang katanya Vice Branch manager meminta maaf atas layanan tsb. Saya menghargai upaya pak Andi. Kami juga mendapat kompensasi maksi untuk ketidakprofesionalan tsb. Tapi model layanan breakfast dan menunya sangat tidak worth it dibandingkan dengan harga per malam cabinnya. Sebaiknya ketika BC tidak siap sarapan diantar saja ke cabin. Jadi tamu tidak menunggu di ruang makan (rumah komunal). Mungkin saya hanya menginap untuk hari itu saja. Mudah-mudahan masukan ini didengarkan dan dipertimbangkan.

So far it's great to stay here, i like it. Hope you can add more facilities for kids to make this place more kids friendly.
